Dr Anwar Ali
Dr. Anwar Ali worked in the semiconductor industry - 2 years at Texas Instrument and then 25 years at Intel Technology Sdn Bhd. He practised Operations Research (discrete event simulation and mathematical optimization) for 13 years. His areas of expertise include high fidelity equipment simulation modelling, factory capacity modelling and optimization, and the relevant enterprise data integration involved. Dr. Anwar Ali completed his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering major) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 1988, M.Sc. in Decision Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2005, and Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Business Management from UTM in 2014.

Asohan Satkunasingham

Asohan is passionate and dedicated to Human Resource Management, where he held various HR leadership positions in multinational corporations for over 21 years. A true believer that business success lie in the effective management of people’s heads (thoughts), hearts (feelings) and hands (efforts). The book "A+B=C™, Practical Guide for Students to Develop Attitude and Behavior for Character Building” was authored by him to provide a root cause approach for organisational behavior issues. He strongly believes that schools play a pivotal role in optimising the development of human resources through character building for the corporate world.

Collins Walter

Collin has worked within the area of project management for more than 13 years. He has also managed his own business in the area of ICT applications development, services provision and systems integration, projects and business solicitation. In the Government’s National IT Council, Collin was involved in the planning and designing of the Multimedia Super Corridor, and execution of projects under the 15 year National Plan. As MD of PMXPERTZ, Collin is involved in the development of strategic directions and issues, and driven by a deep interest in furthering the profession he frequently speaks on project, program and portfolio management related topics at seminars.

David Collins

David Collins is the Founder & Chief Executive of Chapel House Training & Consultancy. David spent 32 years working for the Police Service and became aware of the positive impact that coaching and mentoring approaches could have on developing people and delivering performance outcomes. He developed coaching and mentoring structures in two UK Police Forces and since leaving David has worked with a wide range of organisations from telecoms giants to governments to support the development of operational performance improvements through improved leadership skills and coaching and mentoring structures. David is a Charted Fellow of the CIPD and in addition to his Coaching & Mentoring qualification holds a law degree, an MA in organisational Management with Economics and a post-graduate Diploma in Applied Criminology.

Gerard Paulian

Gerard is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in the Construction industry. As the CFO at HSS Engineering, he was actively involved in many of the large-scale infrastructure development projects in Malaysia, including KLIA, Westport and LRT.
Gerard’s international experience includes the financial project management for two property development projects in Sri Lanka, and JV companies that HSS was involved in India, Philippines and South Africa. Gerard also conducted the Business Review and preparation for Business Plan for a fund raising exercise of RM 10.0 billion Sukuk Bonds, for Pembinaan PBLT, a MOF company responsible for the building of PDRM HQ, stations and quarters nationwide. This involved financial modeling of the revenue streams to be collected from the KDN on a build, lease and transfer model.
Jeff Jackson

Jeff has over 30 years of practical broad based senior management experience at Chief Executive level in large-scale agribusiness organizations in New Zealand including Dairy Products, Fishing, Meat, Wool and Biotechnology. A Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Institute of Management, and Harvard Business School alumni Jeff is the Managing Director of De Winter International and Solution Matrix Pacific Ltd and a Director of the Business Technology Group Ltd. Jeff specializes in information technology business systems, financial analysis and management, governance, planning and forecasting, decision-making and business case/model design .He delivers courses in financial management; and business case/business model design in New Zealand and Australia.
Jeff Robson

Jeff is the founding director and principal analyst at Access Analytic Solutions. He has over 20 years’ experience in chartered accounting, business management and consulting. Jeff holds a Masters in Applied Finance and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is highly regarded and recognised around the world as an expert in the field of financial modelling. His achievements have been recognised by his peers and he is a Fellow of both the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Australian Institute of Management. Jeff has extensive experience in best practice financial modelling, management reporting, business analysis, and spreadsheet auditing and is also an entertaining international presenter and trainer on these subjects.

KP Bose Dasan

Bose is a tax consultant, a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Consultant. He was, before licensed as a financial planning representative, with the Securities Commission. He is literally the first financial planning guru in Malaysia having taught the initial batches of ChFC students at The Malaysian Insurance Institute. He also taught for the CFP program at PNB Investment Institute and Kasturi College and the Applied Financial Planning module at the faculty of Business and Accounting, University of Malaya. Bose has authored numerous articles on tax investment and financial planning that have appeared in Personal Money, Smart Investor and in The Edge. He was an elected Board member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

He has in-depth knowledge in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems and has developed effective QHSE programs that align with business goals and have been successfully implemented in many organizations. He has a proven track record of building and leading effective cross-functional, multi-site and multi-business teams, driving change initiatives and implementing HSE Strategies. A keen problem solver with the analytical skills to evaluate risks, safety hazards and business strategies, Ganthan has set out to consult various organizations in their quest to roll out world-class QHSE programs.
Mark Muerisse

Mark has a 15 year history of delivering enterprise, portfolio, and asset strategy, risk, finance, and operations programs for informed decision making at board, executive, and project levels, and driving organizational performance, and transformational initiatives. Mark has worked across industries within both public and private sectors, and select clients include Sydney Water, JP Morgan, Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Shell, and Santos. Experiences span North America, Asia-Pacific, Oceana, Europe and the Middle East. P Sivananthan

Sivananthan is a lawyer and an educator with over 30 years of experience. He has taught at various levels of academic courses and was an examiner for ACCA and the CIMA Professional Examining Boards. Whilst practising as an Advocate & Solicitor, he managed both civil & criminal litigation. Having moved to the corporate world, he acquired over 20 years of Commercial & Contract Management experience, dealing in contracts and commercial transactions exceeding RM 1 Billion. He was also a General Manager of a PLC dealing in large infrastructure projects. Siva currently is a Project, Procurement, Contracts and Commercial Consultant and also conducts training sessions for various institutions.

Pakea Nathan

Pakea is a well-known international speaker, consultant, educator, entrepreneur, with over 2 decades of education, training, and corporate experience. Part of the Maybank team that launched the first bancassurance in Asia, Pakea is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Teaching Profession, Certified Coach and Certified ABA Profiler. As COO at HSS Intesys, Vic played Project Director role for clients including KLIA, KLCC, DRB-HICOM, Telekom Malaysia, and MCIS Zurich Insurance. A Project Management Specialist and Vic has more than 20 years experience and is currently the Director of Projetz, a leading Project Management solutions provider. Vic has had extensive overseas experience through implementing projects in Singapore, Middle East, Australia .

Viji Abishegam

Viji has been involved in project management for the last fifteen years in various roles including project manager, project management maturity assessor, trainer and workshop facilitator. In addition to his project roles he has held management positions involving responsibility for business development and delivering targeted profits. In his current position of Company Director with PMXPERTZ, Viji is involved in development of the strategic directions of the company as well as involvement in consulting assignments. He also contributes to the development of the services portfolio and provides input on management and financial issues. Viji has also spoken on project-management related topics at seminars and he is driven by his deep interest in furthering the profession.
