Building personal attitude and organizational behavior effectiveness based on the 4D factor.
Giving executives the impetus to shape the company’s disciplinary process by adopting the core values as determinants for culture and job performance. Able to appreciate and imbue the key aspects of the Code of Conduct for Industrial Harmony for greater employee relations.
Module 4 The "Eye of the Tiger” in Action
