Understanding the relationship between Charactervity and Productivity.
Learn that productivity improvements are only sustainable when employees in the company have a collective positive engagement character.
Module 3
Disciplinary Process
An appreciation of the Company’s disciplinary process. Recognizing Core Values to drive discipline and performance. Relevance of the Code of Conduct for Industrial Harmony.
Giving executives the impetus to shape the company’s disciplinary process by adopting the core values as determinants for culture and job performance. Able to appreciate and imbue the key aspects of the Code of Conduct for Industrial Harmony for greater employee relations.
Module 4
Building Positive Work Environment
Building on the formula A+B=C™. The "Hot Stove Rule”. Progressive discipline and grievance handling.
Address disciplinary issues by adopting progressive discipline. Learn to distinguish the root causes for delinquency in discipline manifest from the gap between company’s core values and employees’ attitude and behavior.
Module 5
Driving the Employment Contract as Emotional Contact
Trust as the vital employee-employer relationship builder.
Able to build trust within the work systems that promotes healthy industrial relations. A Mindset change to view the employment contract as an emotional contact rather than legal binding to drive productivity.
